      1. Yeah, the starting and ending of his strokes are really different. I think with that stroke, it’s possible the brush is lifted right after the pressure so there is no tapering. I’m still trying to figure it out.


      2. I watched my teacher mark my work today and it seemed like a one-two action where the brush slows down at the thickest point then softly extends to a slight taper and lifts off. Kind of difficult to explain in writing. Definitely going to need a lot more practice. But it’s difficult because my teacher just gave me this month’s assignments so I have to juggle those as well as trying to go through 蘭亭叙 😩
